Middle & high school students
I³ League groups students into a Middle School Division (grades 6–8) and a High School Division (grades 9–12).
One clear pathway takes you from building your first profile to earning certification, competing in the Finals, and potentially turning a promising innovation into a real-world solution.
The program is structured to help students move from observation to evidence, from ideas to testing, and from a project to a defensible innovation.
I³ League groups students into a Middle School Division (grades 6–8) and a High School Division (grades 9–12).
Students can work independently or collaborate with a team. Teammates can register together even if they attend different schools.
Students choose their own topic, a real problem they care about, and apply the full innovation process to it.
Program participation gives you access to the I³ pathway. Qualification is a later achievement based on completing the required work on time.
Once registration and payment are complete, you're in. There's no separate approval or tryout.
Students who want to remain eligible for advancement must complete the required program work by one of the established completion windows.
